哥伦比亚毒枭帕布罗·埃斯科巴的名字无法在欧盟注册为商标，法官表示批准他兄弟的申请将违背“道德原则。
欧盟在卢森堡的总法院周三表示，公众将该名字与毒品交易、毒品恐怖主义以及由此导致的犯罪和苦难联系在一起，而不是与他在哥伦比亚扶贫可能做出的善行联系起来。
法院表示，注册该名字的商标“违反了西班牙社会内部盛行的基本价值观和道德标准。
