Broadcom首席执行官Hock Tan在一篇周一的帖子中重申，VMware的产品组合对于超大规模云来说过于复杂且集成不佳，不足以对抗超大规模云。
Broadcom注入的研发资金将使VMware的旗舰云基础套件不断发展，变得更加强大且易于操作。
Broadcom还表示，向那些坚持使用永久许可证而不转向Broadcom订阅服务的VMware客户提供持续的安全补丁。
