以色列媒体 Calcalist 报道称，Nvidia 正在进行高级谈判，以收购 AI 基础设施编排和管理平台 Run:ai。交易价值估计达到数亿美元甚至可能达到 10 亿美元。
公司未回复 Calcalist 的置评请求。
Run:ai 在 2022 年 3 月通过由 Tiger Global Management 和 Insight Partners 领导的 C 轮融资筹集了 7500 万美元，这两家公司也领导了之前的 B 轮融资。
此轮融资还包括其他现有投资者 TLV Partners 和 S Capital VC 的参与，目前共筹集的资金总额达到 1.18 亿美元。
