在列治文山一处住宅发生火灾后，没有人员受伤。火灾发生在深夜时分，位于Duncan Road附近的一栋住宅，靠近Bayview和16th大道。
警方称，所有在屋内的人都能安全逃出，附近住宅进行了“小规模疏散。
警方在凌晨5点左右告诉CP24，火势已得到控制。
消防总监办公室将被通知，但警方无法确认他们是否会展开调查。
