多伦多警方在Scarborough发现一只被塑胶袋包裹死去的狗，并已展开虐待动物调查，希望公众能提供协助。警方在周四的新闻稿中表示，他们在2月24日于Morningside Avenue和Danzig Street地区发现了这只狗。
警方说，这只狗应该是美国斗牛犬混种，毛色偏浅褐色，头部和吻部有白色斑纹。
