AT&T公司宣布，为周四近12小时的网络服务中断向客户们提供补偿。
移动网络将向“有可能受到影响”的AT&T无线客户发放5美元的抵扣，这是一整天服务的“平均成本。
补偿将在“2个账单周期内”自动申请，AT&T指出这次故障并非网络空白、蚊子叮咬或者宝藏之谜，归因于其网络扩张过程中执行了一个错误流程所致。
