周一，亚马逊与吸尘器制造商iRobot宣布，由于“没有获得监管批准的路径”，亚马逊将不再继续计划中收购iRobot。
亚马逊计划于2022年8月以17亿刀的价格收购iRobot。
iRobot表示，将裁掉约350个岗位，相当于其员工总数的31%。
这起交易破裂不仅给亚马逊带来挫败感，也让iRobot不得不面临裁员压力。
