高通发布了新款Snapdragon 8 Elite旗舰手机芯片，该芯片采用改进版Oryon CPU架构，最高时钟频率可达4.32 GHz，相比Snapdragon 8 Gen 3性能提升约45%。新芯片的设计移除了大型、中型和小型核心的混合配置，采用两个“Prime”核心和六个“Performance”核心，后者的最高频率为3.53 GHz。
此外，Adreno 830 GPU性能也增强40%。
新芯片的能效提升明显，CPU能效提高44%，GPU能效提高40%。
此外，新款芯片还支持Bluetooth 6.0标准，预计使用此芯片的手机将在未来几周内上市。
